No cancellations are accepted after successfully placing an order.
In case of any issues with quality of fabric, trim, or any other quality issues, customers will courier the garments back to us for inspection and we will revert within 48 hours of receiving the garment (not counting holidays and studio closure days). If the quality defect is confirmed, garments will be replaced at the earliest.
In case of alterations required on receipt of garments, customers will courier the garments back to us.
If the measurements of the garment made are as per those mentioned during placement of the order, but further alteration is required, we will advice the customer of the alteration charges if any.
If the measurements of the garment made do not coincide with those mentioned during placement of the order, we will send you the garment with correct measurements.
